Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations or changes may only be possible if production has not yet started.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible to check the status of your order. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the cancellation or change request.


My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to our support team right away. Include a clear photo of the item along with your order number.

We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out as quickly as possible.

Please do not return any items without receiving prior authorization from our support team.

Can I return my purchase?
We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you’re considering a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. Let us know the reason for the return and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:

  • Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from your refund, as they cannot be restocked.

  • Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.


My item looks different than what I saw online
This is rare, but if your item doesn’t look as expected, it may be due to the use of high-quality digital renderings on the product page. If you believe your item is incorrect or defective, please take a few clear photos and send them along with your order number to our support team.
